Letter to Community

Letter to Community

Dear X Community,

[X ORGANISATION] is currently forming a plan for the coming year, to determine how we can best utilise our resources to benefit the [X community].  This plan will cover fundraising as well as priorities for projects undertaken or funded by the [X ORGANISATION].

During this process, we would like to ask parents and all members of the [school community] to contribute their ideas for projects – large or small.  Current projects being considered include [X, X AND X].

We are asking you if there are any special projects, large or small, that you would like to see added to the ‘wishlist’, or if you have any other feedback that you would like us to consider in this planning stage.  We would really like your input to help us determine the best ways that the [X ORGANISATION] can benefit the [children of X  School.]

Also, our children love to see us involved in the school, and even the smallest contribution is a great way to get to know other parents at the school.  Calls for assistance will continue to be sent out via the parent reps for each class.

We look forward to working with you in the future, and we would welcome you to come along to our P&C meetings.

Kindest regards,

The P&C Executive
