(Or this one can be treasurer or stalls convenor – whoever is dealing with ATM hire). If you have already booked an ATM, check back in with your supplier or look around to see if you still have a good deal. They can be quite variable.

Host an info night for stall coordinators and people interested in becoming involved. Follow up through class coordinators to drum up interest.

☐ Marketing

If it’s the start of the year, send an Opt-in email if you would like to use email as a key method of communication
