Campaign Booking Availability

Welcome to our Campaign Booking Availability Calendar!

This booking form is available for current advertisers only.  If you are not a current advertiser and would like more information about joining the Fundraising Directory please fill in this form.

Step by Step

  1. Click on the ‘Book a Campaign‘ button below
  2. Select the campaign you are interested in booking our current campaign offerings are:
    • Product of the Week
    • Partner Offer
    • Leaderboard Takeover
    • eNews
    • Social Shoutout
    • For details of each of these options, refer to our Media Kit. I you are after campaign packages, please contact us and we will organise this for you.
  3. The available dates will show up with a white background with the full price of the booking underneathcampaign avail booking calendar
  4. Select your desired date and press the continue button
  5. Fill in your contact details, Booking Reference Code if applicable (see booking types below), and add any additional comments.
    Please note that you may only book one campaign/date at a time. 
  6. Confirm all details are correct and submit.

For new campaign bookings:

  • This form will be used instead of a Booking Form and constitutes a finalised agreement governed by our Terms and Conditions.
  • Once we have received the request, we confirm the date and send you an invoice and any details required to run the campaign.

For bookings already made as part of a package:

  • You will be sent an email with a specific booking reference code to use in the booking system.
  • Once we have received the request, we confirm the date and send you any details required to run the campaign.
