STEP 1: Contact Us...

· Posters to put up around your club or office.

STEP 2: Personalise & Print...

· Open the poster or order form in Adobe Acrobat.
There are 2 editable sections on the poster (blue text) and 1 editable section on the order form.

· Edit the text in these sections to suit your purposes, then save the document.

· Print out your requirements, put up the posters and hand out your order forms.

STEP 3: A few days later...

· Collect orders and payments at the same time.

I am very pleased with the discount Movie ticket approach, after trying different fund raising avenues, it has proven to be a great success. They are so easy to administer. I only order what I require, when I require them, and with advance orders there is no cash outlay. Movies are a perfect social outlet, so the tickets sell themselves. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

One of the easiest fund raising exercises I have ever run, complete with a good margin to make it extremely worthwhile. The movie tickets seem to sell much better than the traditional methods such as chocolates and cookies. The marketing they provide makes it much easier to get the message across and generate enthusiasm. Highly recommended!
