Who is id Wine and Hampers?....

id wines is a community based wine store in Hawthorn Victoria. We have been providing fundraising with a difference to schools and pre school communities for over the past 3 years with our “Kids Art /Photo” personalised wine drives. We have donated over $20,000 back to the schools in our community.

What makes id wine fundraising a unique and fun idea?....

With id wine your not just selling any labelled wine …. your selling wine with your child’s individually designed wine label.

This is a unique personal fundraising idea which is great for Gift giving for time of the year, a unique memento or keep sake.

As well as ….. you have the opportunity to make lots of fundraising dollars with no upfront outlay or risk.

How it works…..

1. The kids do art individually or as a class on an A4 size paper or canvas or provide a photo.

    

2. We then turn this into a wine label. (Minimum 12 Bottles per each label)

    

3. You select a range of wines: Red, Whites and Sparkling at a discounted price.($8, $10 and $12 plus price points per bottle including labelling)

    

4. You then decide how much you would like to sell this wine for. (The difference is the amount donated back to the school).

    

5. You then distribute/email the order forms to parents, families and neighbours.

    

6. The orders are then sent to us for payments to be processed and made up. (Turn around time is approx. 10 days plus delivery time)

    

7. We then Deliver your wine with the all important Fundraising Cheque.

    

We provide……

1. Assistance with your initial wine selections and invite you to the store to try the wines or by other arrangement.

    

2. We provide all your order forms with your groups name for you to print or email.

    

3. Orders are all packed individually and labelled clearly with the purchasing family’s name.

    

4. Deliver all the orders to one central point free of charge in the Melbourne area. (Vic country & interstate deliveries will be quoted depending on quantities)

    

5. The Fundraising Cheque is made out to the school or organization.
