Its simple…. tell us how many order forms you will need. We give you a code. You distribute the order forms with your individual code marked on the order form.   Set a date for the return of forms along with the money or credit card details. Return the order forms and money to us.   We print and despatch the orders back to you within 3-4 working days. We credit your bank account or return cheque (which ever suits you) for your commission the next working day after despatch.
