Labels are an easy fundraiser.

Step 1

Phone My Name Label or register on-line now and we will dispatch brochures for distribution and a poster with label samples for display. Your organisation* will also be given a unique fundraising code which is used to link your orders to your organisation*.

Step 2

Decide whether you would prefer to place orders as a group or individually. Sometime it is helpful to do both - start with Option 1 and then continue with Option 2;

Option 1: Group Order. Orders can be returned to your coordinator and mailed to My Name Label as a group. Simply set a date for all orders to be returned to the co-coordinator, check that the payments are correct and then mail the orders and payments to My Name Label. Any cheques should be made out to My Name Label.

Option 2: Individual Orders. Orders can be placed individually on-line, by mail or by phone on an ongoing basis and linked to your fundraiser via your unique fundraising code. There is no set time for people to place their order by and no need for ongoing involvement of a coordinator.

Step 3

Receive your labels and commission. Labels will be dispatched from My Name Label in 4 working days either as a group to the coordinator OR direct to individuals, whichever way you prefer. My Name Label will pay 15% of the total value of your orders to your organisation*. You also receive a gift voucher for use as a raffle item. Commission is paid either at the time of dispatching group orders or if orders are being placed individually commission will be paid biannually in June and November as long as the value of orders placed has reached $100.
